When and where will SpringOne at VMware Explore take place?

What will the SpringOne at VMware Explore experience be like?

This year, we’re excited to have the developer-focused SpringOne event join the incredible VMware Explore 2023 in Las Vegas. SpringOne at VMware Explore will focus on providing the expert technical content that enables Spring developers to build microservices, web apps, serverless, event-driven, reactive, and cloud workloads across the software industry. Join the leading Spring experts in sharing and discussing all things Spring. You’ll learn how to:

  • Accelerate your cloud-native Java development
  • Deliver production-grade microservices
  • Connect and scale your cloud services on any platform
  • Build fast, secure and responsive web applications
  • Create serverless applications with on-demand scaling up or scaling to zero
  • Simplifying the production, processing and consumption of event-driven microservices
  • Schedule and prioritize large batches of data for efficient processing

On Monday, SpringOne at VMware Explore will consist of a main stage for keynotes along with breakout tracks for a full-day schedule with many opportunities to network. Tuesday through Thursday, we will continue our SpringOne at VMware Explore event with breakout sessions, workshops, meet-the-expert roundtables and other interactive ways for you to further your knowledge of all things Spring throughout the rest of VMware Explore. What is VMware Explore?

VMware Explore is VMware’s flagship event for all things multi-cloud. VMware Explore aims to facilitate new relationships, inspire learning and provide hands-on training and access to thought leadership in the multi-cloud space. Visit the VMware Explore website for the latest updates.

What are the registration fees for the event and what is included?

Will my VMware Explore registration include access to SpringOne?

The VMware Explore 2023 Las Vegas Full Event Pass includes access to SpringOne.

Is there a deadline for registration?

No, there’s no deadline. You can register online through the last day of the event.

Is there a hotel room block for attendees?

VMware Explore Las Vegas has an event room block at the Venetian for $159 per night plus taxes and fees. To secure a room at the event rate, make your hotel arrangements via the VMware Explore booking tool after you complete registration. Please note the hotel booking tool closes at 6PM PDT on July 14.

Government attendees will also have an option to secure a room at Treasure Island in the VMware Explore hotel block at the negotiated event rate of $109 per night plus taxes and fees. You must use a government email domain as your registration email address to qualify for this room block.

Are session signs up required?

We highly encourage you to sign up for all of the SpringOne sessions you are interested in attending. Seats will be available to everyone who has signed up for a session, and walk-ins are welcome if there are open seats. To secure your seat for all things SpringOne:

  • Check out the VMware Explore content catalog
  • Ensure you are logged into the VMware Explore account used during registration
  • Locate the content you are interested in attending and click “Add to Schedule”

The VMware Explore Content Catalog provides a comprehensive list of breakout sessions, hands-on labs, and other sessions. Whether you've already registered or are still considering attending VMware Explore, you can use the catalog to check out topics and speakers and find the sessions that meet your event goals.
