Currently, she works as the Project Manager for the Strategic Risk Management Office at VMware.
Yvonne Brye-Vela has several years of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She headed the Global Trade Compliance Department at Pivotal Software.
Before tech, she has worked with UNESCO in Paris, France, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, and Colorado Association of Nonprofit Organizations, and has served as the International General Manager for Healing Hands for Haiti and Executive Director for the foundation of Major League Baseball Hall of Fame Player, Harmon Killebrew.
