Adrien has been leading teams, coaching, and facilitating change in the aerospace community for 15 years. In her current role, Adrien is an agile transformation coach for Boeing’s digital enterprise, where she helps create and scale high performing lean-agile teams. Previously, she was an agile practice lead for product management and product design in Boeing’s Digital Transformation Environment. When she is not enabling digital and agile transformation at Boeing, you can catch Adrien exploring new hobbies and making memories with her family.
