Nuz has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, in roles including establishing and driving the roadmap for DevOps transformation, leading a PMO and a Release Management team, and serving as a Process Architect to create efficient lending and software delivery processes to ensure faster cycle time and an improved customer experience. She serves regularly as a speaker and panelist for local Agile groups, and especially enjoys group facilitation and working with large audiences as a corporate trainer.
