Please join for a straightforward exploration of fundamental yoga postures and movements, with simple and specific instructions. Modifications and progressions will be offered so the practice is accessible for all.

Seated meditation and breathwork

From a comfortable, seated position, we’ll explore various breathing exercises on an inner journey through the soul. Specific breathing exercises, along with general techniques, will be explored as a means of calming the mind and producing clarity of focus.

Learn new ways to get creative with the food and spirits you already have on hand, with a professional chef and mixologist.

Sep 2: Grilled Cheese > Java

Join chef Scott Fairbanks as he teaches the basics of melting cheese, bread varieties, and putting the two together. Utilize items from your own pantry to join in alongside chef Scott as he shows grilled cheese made three ways. And feel free to ask him how to incorporate those neglected items sitting in the back of your pantry. There’s a use for everything, isn’t there?

Sep 3: SpringOne and Spirits

Join Mixology Master Garo Eldemir on a three-part cocktail journey as he creates and educates all whilst mixing cocktails. Cocktails we’ll make and discuss include: “DevOps and Hops,” utilizing beer components in cocktails; “Would you rather Aperol or API,” with a focus on Aperol, its history, rise to stardom and potential uses; and “SpringOne Spirit Roundup,” a brief overview on several spirits that you likely have at home, and the ways to be creative with mixing cocktails using items likely in your own refrigerator.

RORYOGRAPHY is a dance/aerobics/theater class intended for all skill sets and levels of experience. The class consists of humorous "follow-in-the-moment" routines intended to make you laugh and sweat equally. A true only-in-San-Francisco experience, RORYOGRAPHY brings everyone from children to drag queens together in a joyous celebration of movement. Outrageous costuming is encouraged but not required.
