Nidhi is the founding executive director of Carina, a partnership-based technology nonprofit organization that builds online tools to bring good jobs to care workers, so care workers can provide the best possible care for those who need it. Carina’s safe, simple and informed care matching platform has successfully matched over 4,000 care seekers and providers, working in partnership with labor, government and community organizations.
