In his engineering role at VMware, Mikey pioneers new capabilities on the edges of the VMware Tanzu product family. He has been focused on helping software vendors integrate with the Tanzu platform. Mikey joined VMware as part of the Pivotal acquisition. Prior to Pivotal, Mikey performed research in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence at SIFT, worked on the NetBackup family of products at Symantec, developed a secure Bluetooth proximity authentication protocol at the University of Minnesota, and performed research in Scientific Computing for Sandia National Laboratories. Mikey has presented his work at industry and academic conferences.
