Currently, Jackie serves as the Portfolio Designer at US Space Force Section 31. As a Leadership Advisory Consultant / Senior Designer at VMware Tanzu Labs, Jackie works with client leadership teams to adopt agile software development practices at enterprise scale. In addition to coaching User-Centered Design, Lean Product Management, and Balanced Team practices, Jackie views her true deliverables at the end of an engagement as the leadership teams now equipped with tools and principles to support their teams working in a new way. From her time working with federal organizations, Jackie has found her latest passion in portfolio management and cross-team collaboration.
