Balan Subramanian is the Partner Director/GM of Azure App Platform services at Microsoft. He leads a worldwide product team that builds managed cloud services such as Azure Spring Cloud, Azure API Management, Azure Cache for Redis and Azure Web PubSub and Azure-native integrations for services from partners such as Elastic, Confluent and Redis Labs. He also leads the development of open source cloud-native frameworks such as Dapr and Spring integrations for Azure services. Previously, Balan led the Azure Developer Experience product team responsible for the end-to-end experience of dev teams migrating or building app workloads on Azure.
