In this session, BT will share the challenges they face on their journey to modernize their application estate, what their approach is, and what lessons they learned. BT will share the methods, how they worked with VMware to design the structure of the tribe, how it works with the teams they engage with, and the continued lessons learned delivering within a large organization. In addition, BT will explain about levels of maturity in relation to public cloud, and how they’re looking to address that to be able to align to a hybrid-cloud strategy.
