Rob Papandrea is a leader of Digital Transformation Services at The Boeing Company. In this role, over the past three years he has established and grown human centered environments enabling teams to achieve more potential for themselves and better business outcomes. He has successfully built diverse talent pipelines for Product Management, Lean UX and Developer skill sets. He is passionate about coaching, cultural anthropology (or people watching) and brain science. Rob has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has had accomplished roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, HR and IT over his 20 year career.
