As an Engagement Director with Pivotal, Kristin primarily lead accounts across the United States Air Force to transform how software is used as a strategic asset. The most notable change catalyst projects include Kessel Run and Kobayashi Maru’s Section 31. She saw the need to support her clients setting up their own “Lab” and started a customer-facing meetup group, which will be the focus of her S1 talk.
Previously, Kristin was an Air Force officer and is now a Customer Success Manager on the Northeast team supporting various industries.
